Over the past decade, Ghanim Al Muftah has become one of Qatar’ s most inspiring voices. His story is defined by resilience and determination: the boy who once dreamed boldly is now a Goodwill Ambassador, entrepreneur, and global icon whose presence at the 2022 FIFA World Cup opening ceremony moved billions of viewers around the world.

“ Our lives are not just about what we achieve for ourselves, but about how we can lift others along the way,” Ghanim reflects. Whether creating opportunities through entrepreneurship or speaking to youth across continents, his drive has always been to show that limitations can be transformed into possibilities.

One of the most memorable scenes of the World Cup was Ghanim performing alongside Morgan Freeman at the opening ceremony.“ In those few minutes, I felt the world come together in unity and respect,” Ghanim recollects. That moment on the global stage crystallised his sense of responsibility: to carry a message of inclusion and inspire others to believe in themselves.
